In essence, we’ll look to you to identify and close new opportunities that enable us to smash our targets!
As our New Business Director, you’ll be tenacious and hungry when it comes to generating new business, opening and closing deals, and forging strong, long-lasting relationships with clients - qualities that you’ll prove to us to have time and time again!
Supported by the Marketing and Client Services teams, you’ll build a lead generation strategy, find new and innovative ways to seek out potential new clients, open new doors, and secure new opportunities.
As we grow and evolve, you’ll work in conjunction with the Technical and Strategy Directors to ensure that we’re constantly innovating and communicating our service offering – maximising on opportunities at every corner. Together you’ll keep abreast of trends, market conditions and client needs to provide strategic advice to our prospects, ensuring that at every point we’re maximising the odds of winning pitches.
We’re totally aware that this is no small task, but rest assured we’re here to support you via external training and mentoring, as well as internal training and coaching, to ensure that you have all the tools you need to absolutely nail it.

We’re Freestyle - we’re a digital product studio based in the heart of Warwickshire. Currently a team of 30, we span across strategy, design and build, in order to deliver outstanding digital experiences for a range of clients across a variety of sectors.
