This month, we welcomed our newest recruit to the Barns, Luci! Luci joins us as our much anticipated numbers wizard (aka Finance Manager) 💷 . Not only is she an expert when it comes to numbers, Luci is also skilled on the slopes, being able to both ski and snowboard! 🎿Luckily she’s joining a team of fitness fanatics, so she’ll fit right in! We’re so excited to welcome you into the Freestyle fam Luci! 🤩
Also in Feb, our Client Services team attended Episerver’s Partners Day, which focussed on the theme of maximising potential and featured a jam-packed schedule of speakers. The team had front row seats to hear all about Episerver’s exciting plans for this year, including the recent acquisition of Idio – a content personalisation and analytics platform. They couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get a photo with special guest speaker, former British Special Forces Soldier and Guinness World Record Holder, Dean Stott.
With our Client Services Director Kay delivering a joint talk with Practical Action's Oliver Arnold-Richards at the Tech for Good event in Birmingham, a few of our Freestylers were able to try out some of the 'good tech' whilst they were there! This included Round Midnight's (Birmingham's leading Creative Arts organisation) VR experience, that places the viewer in an immersive story to safely experience the context and emotions of gang culture.

Its no secret that we offer killer workshops, delivering expert lead sessions to help our clients improve, create and excel! So, how best to improve on our offering than to attend a few ourselves! A few Freestylers headed down to London to catch a couple workshops that will allow us to expand our knowledge, and help us offer even better experiences for our lovely clients!
